GBOTS (Greater Boston Organization of Thai Students and Scholars) has been founded in June 2007 with the objectives:

  - To develop and promote network among Thai scholars and students in Greater Boston and with other organizations both locally and internationally.

  - To be a venue for knowledge and expertise sharing/collaboration among Thai scholars and students in Greater Boston and with other organizations both locally and internationally.

GBOTS’ long term goal is to promote strong network/collaboration between Thai scholars and students both locally in Thailand and internationally aiming to enhance Thailand’s capability and competitiveness in science and technology. In addition, GBOTS has the mission to promote concern and awareness on Thailand’s educational system and public policy issues.
