    General Election: Oversea ballot casting

If you would like to cast your vote for the upcoming Thai general election,

    please do the following:

     1) Register as an eligible oversea voter by filling in the form and send it to the nearest Thai consule before Nov 22.

    http://www.thaiconsulnewyork.com/forms/regis.pdf

     2) Vote. I am assuming that the paper ballot will be sent to you at your current home address and you just vote and send it back to the consule. -- This method was used last time. However, I am not sure about the current procedure.
